Ghazal 5

دل می‌رود ز دستم صاحب‌دلان خدا را

دردا که راز پنهان خواهد شد آشکارا

کشتی‌شکستگانیم ای بادِ شُرطِه برخیز

باشد که باز بینم دیدارِ آشنا را

ده‌روزه مِهرِ گردون افسانه است و افسون

نیکی به جای یاران فرصت شمار یارا

در حلقهٔ گُل‌ و مُل خوش خواند دوش بلبل

هاتِ الصَّبُوحَ هُبّوا یا ایُّها السُّکارا

ای صاحبِ کرامت شُکرانهٔ سلامت

روزی تَفَقُّدی کن درویشِ بی‌نوا را

آسایشِ دو گیتی تفسیرِ این دو حرف است

با دوستان مُرُوَّت با دشمنان مُدارا

در کویِ نیک‌نامی ما را گذر ندادند

گر تو نمی‌پسندی تغییر کن قضا را

آن تَلخ‌وَش که صوفی اُم‌ُّالخَبائِثَش خواند

اَشهیٰ لَنا و اَحلیٰ مِن قُبلَةِ العَذارا

هنگامِ تنگ‌دستی در عیش کوش و مستی

کاین کیمیایِ هستی قارون کند گدا را

سرکش مشو که چون شمع از غیرتت بسوزد

دلبر که در کفِ او موم است سنگِ خارا

آیینهٔ سِکَندر جامِ مِی است بنگر

تا بر تو عرضه دارد احوالِ مُلکِ دارا

خوبان پارسی‌گو بخشندگانِ عمرند

ساقی بده بشارت رندانِ پارسا را

حافظ به خود نپوشید این خرقهٔ مِی‌ْآلود

ای شیخِ پاک‌دامن معذور دار ما را

(O beloved!) glance make; and the market of enchantment—— shatter; With the glance of splendour, the face of the

(enchanter) Samiri, shatter, To the wind (of destruction), the head (of pride) and the turban (of pomp) of a whole world give.

That is — > In the way of heart-ravishingness, the cap (aslant) over thy ear—— place. To the tress, say:— " The way of arrogance, abandon: " To the glance, say: — " Oppression's army,

shatter." (O beloved!) forth (from thy abode) gracefully move; and from every one, the ball of beauty take; Punishment to the (lovely) Hur, give; the splendour (of beauty) of the Pan,. shatter. 5.

With thy deer-eyes, take the glance of (captivate) the lion of the sun (the man- sion of Leo)

With thy curved eye-brows, the bow of Jupiter (the mansion of Sagittarius) shatter.

When, from the breath of the breeze, 'itr-exhaling, becometh the

hyacinth, Its worth, with the tip of thy beperfumed tress, shatter.

O Hafiz! when the bulbul boasteth of eloquence,

Its worth, by uttering (the courtly) Darl, do thou shatter.

darda ke raz penhan khaahad shod ashkara

kashti-shakasatganim ey bad shortee barkhiz

bashad ke baz binam didare ashna ra

de-ruze mehr gardun afsane ast o afsun

niki be jay yaran farasat shamar yaara

dar halghe gol o mol khosh khuand dush bolbol

hate alassabouha hobbua ya ayyoha alassokara

ey saheb karamt shokran-ye salamat

ruzi tafaghghodi kon daruishe bi-nua ra

asaishe do giti tafsire in do harf ast

ba dustan morovvat ba dashamnan modara

dar kuy nik-nami ma ra gozar nadadand

gar to nemi-pasandi taghiir kon ghaza ra

an talkh-vash ke sufi om-alkhaba'esash khuand

ashhi lana o ahli man ghoblae al'azara

hangame tang-dasti dar 'ish kush o masti

ka'in kimiaye hasti gharun konad geda ra

sarakash masho ke chon sham' az ghiratt basuzd

delbar ke dar kaf u mum ast sange khara

aiin-ye sekanadr jam mi ast banagar

ta bar to 'raze darad ahuale molk dara

khuban parsi-gu bakhashanadgane 'maranad

saghi bedeh bashart rendan parsa ra

hafez be khod napushid in kherghe mi-alud

ey sheykh pak-daman m'zur dar ma ra
